Role Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Sales Assistant with proven success in luxury jewellery or high-end retail. You’ll create memorable consultations, build lasting client relationships, and drive sales through product expertise, refined presentation, and meticulous follow-through. This is a client-facing, hands-on role with opportunities for growth into Senior Sales or Client Services roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and deliver a discreet, personalized shopping experience in-store and during private appointments.
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge (gemology, precious metals, craftsmanship) to consult confidently on pieces, bespoke commissions, and watch collections.
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through relationship-building, follow-ups, and targeted outreach.
• Manage client records, preferences, and communications in our CRM; schedule appointments and follow through on promises (deliveries, resizing, repairs).
• Coordinate with the workshop and management for bespoke orders, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Maintain an immaculate sales floor, visual merchandising, and strict adherence to loss-prevention and jewellery-handling protocols.
• Represent the brand at events and trunk shows as required.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience selling luxury jewellery, watches, or high-value luxury goods.
• Demonstrable sales track record with measurable results (targets met/exceeded).
• Strong commercial awareness, polished interpersonal skills, and a client-first mindset.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills; fluent in English. Additional languages a plus.
• Comfortable working with high-value items and following security/loss-prevention procedures.
• Proficient with CRM systems, point-of-sale software, and basic administration.

Preferred

• Knowledge of gemology, diamonds, precious metals, and watchmaking. Formal qualifications (e.g., GIA) are advantageous.
• Experience in private clienteling, bespoke processes, or luxury hospitality.
