Job Summary
A Jewellery Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales, assisting customers in selecting jewellery, and delivering a high end customer experience while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand their requirements
- Assist clients in selecting gold, diamond, and gemstone jewellery
- Provide product knowledge and explain designs, quality, and pricing
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
- Handle billing, invoices, and POS transactions
- Maintain showroom display and visual merchandising
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business
- Follow up with clients (in-store, WhatsApp, social media)
- Coordinate for custom jewellery orders and quotations
- Maintain sales records and prepare reports
