Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Online Jewellery Sales Consultant to manage online inquiries, guide clients through their purchasing journey, and convert leads into showroom appointments and sales.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, confident in communication, experienced with CRM systems, and passionate about delivering premium customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, website chat, email, and phone.
  • Provide professional consultations on jewellery collections, diamonds, pricing, sizing, and customization options.
  • Qualify leads and identify customer needs.
  • Schedule and coordinate showroom appointments.
  • Manage and maintain customer records in Zoho CRM.
  • Update lead stages, notes, follow-ups, and sales activities accurately.
  • Follow up with potential customers to maximize conversion.
  • Present suitable jewellery pieces based on customer preferences and budget.
  • Coordinate with the showroom team to ensure smooth client appointments.
  • Assist customers throughout the entire sales journey, from initial inquiry to after-sales support.
  • Maintain high response times and excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with marketing and management to improve sales performance.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in online sales, luxury retail, jewellery, fashion, or premium products.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Zoho CRM preferred).
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Russian language is a strong advantage.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build trust and relationships with clients.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling fine jewellery or luxury goods.
  • Knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, and precious metals.
  • Experience using WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Shopify, and CRM automation.
  • Understanding of customer journey and consultative sales.
