Job Title: Japanese Speaker (Customer Support / Client Relations)

Location: Dubai Internet City, Dubai, UAE

About the Role

We are looking for a fluent Japanese Speaker to join our team in Dubai Internet City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with Japanese-speaking customers, providing excellent support, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with Japanese-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Translate documents and communications between Japanese and English, when required.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet individual and team performance targets.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent proficiency in Japanese (Speaking, Reading, and Writing).
  • Good command of English.
  • Previous experience in Customer Service, Client Support, Sales Support, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
