KEKI ケーキ Restaurant – Abu Dhabi, UAE Salary: AED 2,800 – AED 3,000 per month Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: 9-hour shifts 1 day off per week Immediate Joining Required -no 1‑month notice period accepted Nationality Preference: Only Asian Total Vacancies: 3 Staff Members.

As we continue to grow, we are hiring three passionate Specialty Baristas & Servers (Female & Male) who bring energy, skill, and heart to the guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare high-quality specialty coffee beverages with precision and flair
  • Engage customers with warmth, enthusiasm, and product knowledge
  • Drive sales through confident recommendations and upselling
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
  • Stay updated on coffee trends and brewing techniques
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Assist with inventory and supply management
  • Participate in training and continuous learning

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a specialty coffee environment
  • Strong knowledge of coffee origins, espresso techniques, and brewing methods
  • Energetic, talkative, and sales-driven personality
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced setting
  • Passion for coffee and eagerness to grow
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and across branch locations
