As a Data Analyst at PSdigital, you will play a crucial part in our value creation and innovation efforts. Collaborating closely with our Designers and Customer Success Managers, you will undertake various data analysis projects, and services for our clients to drive strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges.
• Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows.
• Fill in the gaps in the customer requirements to provide a complete form of requirements to the team to work on exposing all the missing scenarios.
• Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams.
• Ensure that proposed solutions align with the Product goals.
• Bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Create detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, user cases, and stories.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Recognize and state the priority of the features or tasks based on value and urgency for the team.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of proven experience in Business Analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in requirement-gathering techniques, process modeling, and documentation.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and software development life cycle.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Decisive and capable of making the right decisions in sufficient time.
