  • Gather, structure, and interpret qualitative and quantitative information to support decision-making.
  • Develop clear and well-structured presentations, reports, and other client deliverables.
  • Support the development of recommendations and implementation plans.
  • Contribute to the delivery of high-quality project outputs within agreed timelines.

Support Client Engagement

  • Participate in workshops, stakeholder interviews, and project meetings.
  • Build an understanding of client organisations, objectives, and challenges.
  • Support stakeholder engagement activities and project communications.
  • Develop confidence working directly with clients and contributing to discussions.
  • Build trusted working relationships with colleagues and client teams.

Collaborate with Project Teams

  • Work closely with senior consultants, principal consultants, and engagement leaders across project activities.
  • Contribute ideas and perspectives to project problem-solving and solution development.
  • Seek feedback and continuously develop consulting, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Support a collaborative and positive team environment.

Contribute to Capability Development

  • Support the development of knowledge materials, tools, and methodologies.
  • Share insights and lessons learned from project experiences.
  • Contribute to internal initiatives and capability-building activities.
  • Build knowledge of relevant sectors, transformation approaches, and consulting techniques.
