Full job description

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is confident communicating with customers, enjoys building relationships, and is committed to delivering excellent service. This position is available on either a part-time or full-time basis.

Responsibilities

  • Contact and follow up with existing and potential customers.
  • Handle sales inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Prepare quotations and assist with sales documentation.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
  • Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and achieve sales objectives.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish and Italian (spoken and written).
  • Excellent communication and phone skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Responsible, proactive, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
