We are a premium and high-energy Italian dining and beverage concept in Abu Dhabi, seeking a charismatic and results-driven Outlet Manager. If you have a passion for authentic Italian cuisine, extensive knowledge of premium beverages, and a proven track record of running a busty pub or restaurant, we want you to lead our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring the highest standards of quality, guest service, and cleanliness.
  • Beverage & Bar Excellence: Utilize your very good knowledge of alcohol, spirits, and wines to design drink menus, train staff, and drive beverage
  • Italian Expertise: Ensure seamless execution of our Italian culinary concept, guiding the team on food pairing recommendations and menu knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of Food & Beverage management experience in upscale restaurants, luxury hotels, or high-volume pubs and bars.
  • Proven track record in managing Italian specialty concepts.
  • Exceptional, extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktail creation.
  • Outstanding communication skills, strong financial acumen, and the ability to thrive
  • Staff Management & Training: Train, schedule, and evaluate floor staff. Conduct dynamic pre-service briefings to maintain high team morale and sequence of service.
  • Financial Performance: Drive sales, maximize budgeted revenue, and oversee cost controls, inventory management, and profit margins.
  • Outstanding communication skills, strong financial acumen, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
