Job Summary
BJORG Construction is seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Irrigation Engineer to join our team on the Dubai Islands project. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of advanced irrigation solutions, ensuring that our large-scale landscape developments are supported by efficient, sustainable, and high-performance water management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Irrigation Systems: Create detailed irrigation layouts and schematics tailored to the unique landscape requirements of a coastal island development.
- Hydraulic Calculations: Conduct precise hydraulic analysis, including pressure loss, flow rates, and pump head calculations, to ensure system efficiency and water conservation.
- Supervise Installation: Lead and monitor on-site installation activities, ensuring all work is executed according to approved shop drawings and BJORG’s rigorous safety standards.
- Material Selection & Approval: Identify and source high-quality irrigation components; prepare technical submittals for material approval to ensure compliance with project specifications and local regulations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years proven experience in irrigation engineering within the UAE, preferably on large-scale residential or hospitality projects.
- Immediate Joiner Preferred
