The Inventory Administrator is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory records while providing administrative support for the daily operations of the office. This role combines inventory control with general office administration, acting as a key point of contact for internal staff, customers, suppliers, and visitors. The successful candidate will maintain inventory accuracy, coordinate office activities, answer phone calls, manage correspondence, and support multiple departments to ensure efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update the ERP system on a daily basis.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory replenishment with the purchasing and warehouse teams.
  • Process inventory transactions, including goods receipts, transfers, returns, and stock adjustments.
  • Conduct regular inventory reconciliations, cycle counts, and assist with annual stock counts.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
  • Prepare inventory reports and monitor stock movement, slow-moving items, and product expiry dates.
  • Maintain product master data, including SKU creation and updates.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and respond to general inquiries.
  • Welcome visitors, customers, and suppliers and provide appropriate assistance.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing emails, courier services, and company correspondence.
  • Prepare letters, reports, purchase requests, and other administrative documents.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Coordinate office supplies and ensure the office remains organized and fully operational.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and assist with travel or meeting arrangements when required.
  • Provide administrative support to the Operations, Sales, Purchasing, HR, and Finance teams as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is complete and properly filed.
  • Perform other administrative and operational duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as odoo, or similar is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: AED1,111.00 - AED11,111.00 per month
