Job Summary The Visa & PRO Intern will assist the PRO team with visa processing, company licensing, document clearance, and government-related administrative tasks. This internship provides practical experience in UAE immigration procedures, labor regulations, and corporate documentation. Key Responsibilities Assist with employment visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and status changes. Support company trade license applications and renewals. Prepare and organize documents required for government submissions. Coordinate with immigration, MOHRE, ICP, municipalities, and other government departments. Maintain employee visa and document records. Track application status and follow up on pending approvals. Assist in document attestation, translation, and typing services. Update internal reports and filing systems. Support the administration team with daily office tasks. Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing). Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage). Strong organizational and time management skills. Willingness to learn UAE visa and licensing procedures. Positive attitude and professional behavior.
