Job Overview:

This internship is designed to provide practical exposure to Human Resources functions within the hospitality industry. The HR Intern will support the HR team in daily operations and administrative activities while gaining hands-on experience across various HR areas, including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and HR administration.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the HR team with daily administrative and operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the department.

• Support recruitment activities, including CV screening, candidate coordination, interview scheduling, and maintaining recruitment trackers.

• Assist with onboarding and joining formalities, ensuring all required documentation is completed and records are maintained.

• Support the preparation, filing, and updating of employee records, HR documents, and personnel files.

• Assist in coordinating employee engagement initiatives, internal events, and HR activities.

• Respond to basic employee inquiries and direct requests to the relevant HR team members when required.

• Support the preparation of HR reports, presentations, and employee-related data.

• Assist in coordinating training sessions and other learning and development activities.

• Collaborate with other departments to support HR-related initiatives and ensure effective communication.

• Maintain confidentiality when handling employee information and HR documentation.

• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and HR guidelines, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

• Contribute ideas to improve HR processes and enhance departmental efficiency.

• Adhere to the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
