KYC Quality Control Intern – UAE

Options for up to 2 remote working days per week
Duration: 4 months initially, with potential for a permanent role thereafter

We’re creating a team of highly motivated and driven interns to support our international KYC Quality Control function as the first step in their financial crime and fintech careers. Please note that this is an internship and therefore a fixed-term position for entry-level or graduate candidates in the UAE. Unfortunately, we are unable to consider individuals who are not based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi for logistical reasons.

What you’ll be doing
• Conduct full reviews of onboarding files submitted by the onboarding team in line with existing compliance policies, procedures, and frameworks.
• Use our L&D platform and Compliance Training Advisor to support your development and upskill towards becoming a member of the onboarding team.

About you, you have
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Knowledge of, and interest in learning more about, KYC practices in corporate finance.
• An understanding of how international business operates and a willingness to learn more.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to see the broader picture.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team, both internally and externally.
• The ability to learn quickly, think outside the box, and provide solutions.
