International Aviation Management jobs

We are seeking an experienced Flight Operator to join our Private Family Office and manage all aspects of private aviation operations for a VVIP/UHNWI principal.

This role is ideal for a highly organized and discreet aviation professional with experience coordinating private jet operations, executive travel, and VIP concierge services in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all private flight operations, including scheduling, permits, slots, and flight planning.
• Liaise with aircraft operators, pilots, FBOs, ground handlers, and airport authorities worldwide.
• Monitor flights and provide operational support before, during, and after each journey.
• Arrange VIP travel logistics, including hotels, ground transportation, airport assistance, visas, and concierge services.
• Coordinate aircraft handling, fuel, catering, and crew requirements.
• Ensure compliance with international aviation regulations and maintain operational documentation.
• Review and reconcile aviation-related invoices and assist with budget management.
• Handle last-minute travel requests while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in private aviation, flight operations, executive aviation, or aircraft management.
• Previous experience supporting VVIP, UHNWI, private family offices, or executive travel is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of international flight operations, permits, FBOs, and aviation regulations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and outside regular business hours when required.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
