Urgently Hiring

Responsibilities

  • Develop interior design concepts, mood boards, and presentations.
  • Prepare detailed drawings using AutoCAD.
  • Produce 3D models and presentations using SketchUp.
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Prepare BOQs and material specifications.
  • Conduct site visits and supervise project progress.
  • Review shop drawings and material submittals.
  • Ensure designs comply with local authority requirements and project standards.
  • Assist in furniture, lighting, and material selection.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in interior design and fit-out projects.
  • Experience in luxury residential villas and apartments.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Strong knowledge of joinery, materials, and construction details.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
