Interior Designer & Personal Assistant:

HKZ Interior is a dynamic interior design company specializing in creating innovative and functional spaces. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Interior Designer & Personal Assistant to support our design projects while providing administrative and executive assistance to management.

Key Responsibilities:

Interior Design Support

• Develop creative interior design concepts, presentations, and mood boards.
• Prepare detailed joinery shop drawings and interior fit-out design documentation.
• Coordinate closely with production, drafting, and execution teams..
• Conduct site visits and monitor design implementation.
• Resolve design-related issues during project execution.
• Ensure designs comply with project requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
• Support successful project completion from concept through execution.
• Prepare detailed design drawings, space planning layouts, and material specifications.

Personal Assistant & Administrative Support

• Handle emails, phone calls, correspondence, and document preparation.
• Attend client meetings and presentations.
• Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and project-related communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in interior design, joinery, and fit-out projects
• Strong knowledge of joinery detailing and interior fit-out execution
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop, and rendering software
• Excellent presentation, communication, and client management skills
• UAE experience is preferred

Work Location: In person
