Job Title: Luxury Architect/ Interior Designer

We are looking for a highly creative, experienced, confident, and passionate Luxury Architect & Interior Designer who can independently manage projects, professionally handle clients, and coordinate efficiently with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage luxury interior design projects from concept development to execution and final completion.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal departments throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct client meetings confidently to understand project requirements, design preferences, budgets, and timelines.
  • Confidently communicate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, budgets, and expectations.
  • Coordinate closely with the 3D visualization team, technical drafting team, production team, suppliers, and project execution staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion.
  • Conduct site visits, project briefings, and coordination meetings to maintain project quality and progress.
  • Create mood boards and material boards that align with project visions.
  • Maintain knowledge of current design trends, materials and advanced design software.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining excellent attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Ensure design quality, attention to detail, and alignment with approved concepts.
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with clients through excellent communication and service.
  • Stay updated with current design trends, materials, and advanced design software.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment while delivering outstanding results within tight timelines.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Architect/ interior designer with a strong portfolio, particularly in luxury projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp or familiarity with other 3D design software.
  • Exceptional eye for detail and a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Valid UAE driving license is required.
  • Passionate about design and committed to delivering excellence.
