  • We are looking for an experienced and motivated Front of House (FOH) Supervisor to join our team and ensure an exceptional guest experience while maintaining the highest service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support the front-of-house team.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage staff schedules, attendance, and daily operations.
  • Train and develop team members to maintain company standards.
  • Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety procedures.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering when required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the F&B industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
