At Alpa Restaurant & Cafe, we are dedicated to providing our guests with an outstanding dining experience. We are currently looking for a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our management team and help us maintain our high standards of service and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure efficient service.
• Train, mentor, and supervise staff to provide exceptional guest experiences.
• Manage staff schedules and handle staffing needs.
• Monitor food and beverage quality and presentation.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Preferably knowledge French Cuisine & Wine.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
