InterContinental Dubai Marina is a Five Star luxury hotel & residence in the heart of Dubai Marina with 328 rooms and residence suites, flexible event space and restaurants & bars. With over 30 languages and countries represented by the staff, the hotel weaves together an international five-star presence.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Your role will include but not be limited to:

• Provide a welcoming experience that makes guests feel at home and eager to return.

• Serve with flair and professionalism, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.

• Guide guests through the menu, offer recommendations, and share your passion for food and drinks.

• Collaborate with a supportive team to deliver seamless service and smooth operations.

• Maintain a clean and inviting environment where guests can relax and enjoy themselves.

• Adhere to food handling, safety, and hygiene standards to maintain the highest quality and ensure a safe environment for guests.

• Stay informed about daily promotions and specials, ensuring the team communicates these to guests, enhancing their experience.

Ideally, you'll have some or all the following qualifications and experience we're looking for:

• 2+ years in a similar role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Passion for hospitality and food, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to manage team operations, inventory, and financial tasks.

• Positive, approachable personality with a hands-on leadership style.
