Full job description

We are looking for an experienced Insurance Coordinator – Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) professional to join our team.

Requirements:

* 3–5 years of UAE healthcare insurance experience, preferably in Abu Dhabi

* Strong knowledge of DOH regulations and payer requirements

* Experience in OP & IP claim submission, resubmission, reconciliation, and denial management

* Familiarity with CPT, ICD-10, and DRG coding is an advantage

* Experience with healthcare EMR systems preferred
