Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Officer with 3–5 years of relevant experience in a Third-Party Administrator (TPA), insurance company, or healthcare organization. The ideal candidate must possess comprehensive knowledge of UAE regulatory requirements, particularly UAE Central Bank compliance policies, governance frameworks, regulatory reporting, and policy management. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the organization's compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies while maintaining strong relationships with regulatory authorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, review, and monitor compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable UAE regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Manage and maintain all UAE Central Bank compliance policies, ensuring they are up to date and implemented across the organization.
  • Prepare, review, and submit all required compliance reports, regulatory returns, and documentation to the UAE Central Bank within the required timelines.
  • Coordinate regulatory submissions and respond to requests from regulatory authorities.
  • Conduct compliance monitoring, internal reviews, audits, and risk assessments.
  • Identify compliance risks and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
  • Monitor regulatory updates and implement necessary policy and procedural changes.
  • Provide compliance guidance and training to management and employees.
  • Maintain accurate compliance records and documentation while ensuring confidentiality.

Regulatory Experience

Hands-on experience dealing with:

  • UAE Central Bank
  • Dubai Health Authority (DHA)
  • AML/CFT Regulations
  • Federal Tax Authority (FTA)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Compliance Officer in a TPA, insurance company, or healthcare organization.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Central Bank regulations, compliance policy management, governance requirements, and regulatory reporting.
  • Experience preparing and submitting regulatory reports and compliance documentation to the UAE Central Bank.
  • Sound knowledge of UAE insurance and healthcare regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent documentation, reporting, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
  • Professional compliance certifications will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
