Responsibilities
- Evaluate and validate insurance information to potential client and process the necessary resolutions for parties.
- Appraising the wishes and demands of business or individual customers and selling the suitable policies.
- Provide Insurance advice in a way that meets and exceeds client expectations.
- Follow – up to ensure timely payments while maintaining a high level of customer retention
- Timely follow- up for policy renewals
- Liaising with customers, as well as internal personnel including the sales team
- Compliance according to state regulations and policies
