INSURANCE COORDINATOR

Elite Style Polyclinic – Dubai, UAE

Elite Style Polyclinic is looking for an experienced and proactive Insurance Coordinator to join our team.

We are seeking someone with strong knowledge of medical insurance, insurance empanelment, and direct coordination with insurance companies who can help expand our insurance network and make our services accessible to more clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate directly with insurance companies and TPAs for empanelment and network registration
• Handle insurance applications, credentialing, documentation, and follow-ups
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies and TPAs
• Identify opportunities to add new insurance providers to the clinic's network
• Coordinate insurance approvals, eligibility, and coverage for clients
• Liaise with insurance companies regarding policies, requirements, tariffs, and contracts
• Ensure smooth communication between the clinic, clients, doctors, and insurance providers
• Maintain accurate insurance records and documentation
• Stay updated on DHA requirements and UAE health insurance regulations
• Assist management in developing strategies to increase insurance-based patient referrals

REQUIREMENTS

✅ Proven experience as an Insurance Coordinator in a UAE healthcare/clinic setting
✅ Strong experience and knowledge in insurance empanelment is a MUST
✅ Must know how to directly approach and coordinate with insurance companies and TPAs
✅ Strong understanding of UAE medical insurance procedures and requirements
✅ Experience with insurance approvals and claims coordination
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
✅ Organized, proactive, and target-oriented
✅ Ability to work independently and build new insurance partnerships

⭐ Priority will be given to candidates who can demonstrate successful insurance empanelment and have an existing understanding of UAE insurance networks.
