Full job description

We are looking for an experienced Insurance agent to join our team MOTOR DEPARMENT ONLY . The successful candidate will bring a deep understanding and practical experience in evaluating risks for various insurance products

Responsibilities:

  • Speaking the English language fluently and Urdu
  • Should be presentable
  • Friendly and tactful speaking
  • Have a previous experience in customer service
  • Be knowledgeable about the product
  • Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
  • Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs(Renewal Customers)
  • Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems
  • Answer questions about the products
  • Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements
  • Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors
  • Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: University degree and proficiency in English and Arabic.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Experience in client communication and providing insurance consultations.
  • Regular follow-up on insurance documents and renewals.
