South Indian Cook

We are looking for an experienced and skilled South Indian Cook to join our catering team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare authentic South Indian dishes according to the company menu and required standards.
  • Handle bulk cooking for catering and staff meal requirements.
  • Maintain consistent taste, quality, and food presentation.
  • Follow proper food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards.
  • Ensure timely preparation of meals according to the production schedule.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, cooking equipment, and work area.
  • Minimize food wastage and follow proper portion control.
  • Work effectively as part of a catering kitchen team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a South Indian Cook, preferably in a catering or large-scale kitchen.
  • Good knowledge of South Indian cuisine and cooking methods.
  • Tamil-speaking candidates are preferred.
  • Ability to work in a busy catering environment.
  • Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
  • Good teamwork and a responsible attitude.
  • Candidates available to join immediately will be preferred.
