Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced North Indian Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in preparing authentic North Indian dishes and maintaining high standards of taste, quality, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of North Indian dishes (curries, tandoor items, breads, biryanis, etc.)
  • Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
  • Manage kitchen inventory and assist in stock ordering
  • Monitor food quality and freshness
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a North Indian Chef or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of North Indian cuisine and spices
  • Experience in tandoor cooking is an added advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
  • Knowledge of food safety standards

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
