We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator with hands-on experience in customs clearance documentation, import/export processes, and Incoterms to coordinate smooth movement of materials and shipments.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate import, export, and local logistics activities.
• Prepare and verify customs clearance and shipping documentation.
• Handle Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, BL/AWB, COO, Delivery Orders, and related documents.
• Coordinate with customs agents, freight forwarders, shipping companies, suppliers, and transporters.
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
• Apply and understand Incoterms such as FOB, CIF, EXW, FCA, DAP, and DDP.
• Maintain accurate logistics records and reports.
• Resolve documentation issues, shipment delays, and clearance-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with UAE customs and import/export procedures.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Logistics, Import/Export, Freight Forwarding, or Supply Chain.
• Strong hands-on experience in customs clearance documentation.
• Good knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• UAE logistics/customs experience will be an advantage.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
