Import Export Officer jobs

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Executive with a strong background in HVAC Import & Export operations. Only candidates with relevant HVAC import/export experience will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage import, export, and local procurement activities for HVAC products and materials.
• Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.
• Prepare and send RFQs, obtain quotations, and negotiate with suppliers.
• Evaluate supplier quotations, analyze bids, and recommend qualified vendors.
• Prepare comparative cost analysis reports for vendor selection.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and supplier performance to achieve cost savings.
• Prepare and submit monthly cost-saving analysis reports.
• Optimize inventory levels to ensure timely material availability without disrupting production.
• Maintain accurate records of all purchase orders, shipments, and goods received.
• Prepare shipment costing and landed cost analysis for each import/export transaction.
• Maintain documentation and records for RCM and VAT compliance.
• Coordinate with logistics, customs clearance agents, warehouses, and internal departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, and import/export operations within the HVAC industry.
• Hands-on experience with international shipping, customs documentation, freight forwarding, and local procurement.
• Good understanding of VAT, RCM compliance, and import/export regulations.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
