We are seeking a skilled IT Specialist to manage, maintain, and support our organization's network infrastructure, servers, firewall security systems, and printing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of IT systems while providing technical support to users and implementing best practices for infrastructure management.

Key Responsibilities:
Networking:
  • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity.
  • Monitor network performance and ensure optimal uptime and reliability.
Server Administration:
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows and/or Linux servers.
  • Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and file-sharing services.
Firewall & Security Management:
  • Configure, maintain, and monitor firewall systems and security appliances.
  • Implement network security policies, access controls, and VPN solutions.
  • Monitor security alerts, logs, and potential threats.
Printer & Peripheral Support:
  • Install, configure, and maintain network and local printers.
  • Troubleshoot printer hardware, software, connectivity, and print queue issues.
Technical Support:
