We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, network security, and uninterrupted business operations. This role requires strong technical expertise in Microsoft environments, network administration, user support, and cybersecurity. The successful candidate will work closely with the IT Manager to implement IT strategies and support day-to-day operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers, desktops, laptops, and peripherals MDM.
Administer Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft Exchange.
Manage user accounts, permissions, email configurations, and access control.
Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, switches, and routers.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures, antivirus solutions, endpoint protection, and security policies.
Perform system monitoring, backups, disaster recovery, and data restoration.
Install, configure, and maintain printers, scanners, biometric devices, and other IT equipment.
Support ERP, HRMS, and business applications by coordinating with vendors when required.
Maintain IT asset inventory, software licenses, and technical documentation.
Ensure compliance with company IT policies and industry best practices.
Assist in planning infrastructure upgrades, system migrations, and new technology implementations.
Provide technical support to end users and resolve IT issues within agreed service levels.
Coordinate with external vendors for hardware, software, internet, and maintenance services.
Prepare IT reports and recommend improvements to the IT Manager.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
3-7 years of experience as an IT Administrator or System Administrator.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
Experience managing virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.
Good understanding of networking concepts, TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, switches, routers, and firewalls.
Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and endpoint security.
Hands-on experience supporting enterprise users in a corporate environment.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
UAE experience is Required.

Preferred Certifications

Microsoft Certified (MCSA, MCSE, Azure Administrator, or equivalent)
CCNA

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
