Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily cashier operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Monitor cashiers, prepare staff schedules, and always ensure proper staffing.
• Check and verify cash, card, credit, and other payment transactions for accuracy.
• Monitor cashier shortages, excesses, refunds, voids, discounts, and transaction discrepancies.
• Ensure daily cash collection, cash counting, and deposits are completed accurately and on time.
• Train, guide, and motivate cashiers to maintain high standards of customer service.
• Handle customer complaints, payment issues, and cashier-related concerns professionally.
• Prepare and submit daily cashier reports, cash reconciliation, and related documents.
• Ensure compliance with company cash-handling, security, and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with Accounts, Sales, Inventory, and Management to resolve transaction and operational issues.
• Collect and safely keep customers’ luggage or personal belongings at the designated customer service counter and issue tokens for collection.
• Support customers with lost and found inquiries and coordinate with security when required.
• Maintain proper records of customer complaints, feedback, and luggage/token transactions.
• Guide customers regarding products, prices, promotions, offers, and store facilities.
• Assist customers with product locations and provide accurate information.
• Coordination & Compliance: Follow instructions and coordinate with team for smooth operations.

Skills and Abilities

• Strong cash handling and reconciliation skills.
• Good knowledge of POS and payment systems.
• Excellent numerical and calculation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to supervise, train, and motivate cashier staff.
• Good customer service and complaint-handling skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to identify and resolve cash discrepancies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
