Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure accurate HR documentation.
  • Administer employee benefits, attendance, leave, and other HR processes.
  • Support performance management, employee engagement, and learning & development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide day-to-day HR support and serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including developer registrations and follow-up correspondence via email.
  • Salary will be determined during the interview based on the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of REAL ESTATE experience in Human Resources.
  • Female candidates are preferred.
  • Fluency in English is preferred. Proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage but not required. Proficiency in any additional language will be considered a strong asset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
