Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accurate HR documentation.
- Administer employee benefits, attendance, leave, and other HR processes.
- Support performance management, employee engagement, and learning & development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Provide day-to-day HR support and serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries.
- Handle administrative tasks, including developer registrations and follow-up correspondence via email.
- Salary will be determined during the interview based on the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of REAL ESTATE experience in Human Resources.
- Female candidates are preferred.
- Fluency in English is preferred. Proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage but not required. Proficiency in any additional language will be considered a strong asset.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
