Full job description

We are looking for an experienced HR Professional with strong experience in UAE real estate brokerage recruitment and HR operations.

Prior Real Estate Recruitment Experience is a must.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, particularly for real estate agents and sales teams.
  • Develop and manage KRA/KPI frameworks across departments.
  • Handle onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR processes.
  • Support employee retention, engagement, and organizational development.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with UAE labor regulations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably within real estate brokerage.
  • Proven experience in real estate recruitment and KRA/KPI implementation.
  • European or British background preferred.
  • Multilingual with excellent English communication skills preferred.
  • Strong people-management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Good knowledge of UAE HR practices and labor regulations.

Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: Up to AED 15,000/month + Visa & Insurance Support
