Full job description

We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in a 5-star hotel in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong housekeeping knowledge, good leadership skills, and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily housekeeping operations and assign duties to room attendants and housekeeping staff.
  • Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation meet hotel standards.
  • Monitor staff performance, attendance, grooming, and compliance with hotel policies.
  • Ensure rooms are properly cleaned and ready for guest check-in.
  • Coordinate with Front Office and Engineering regarding room status, maintenance issues, and guest requests.
  • Monitor housekeeping supplies, linen, and equipment.
  • Handle guest complaints and special requests professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a 5-star hotel is required.
  • Good knowledge of hotel housekeeping standards and procedures.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to supervise a team and work under pressure.
  • Good command of English.
  • Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
