Key Responsibilities:

• Household Management:
• Oversee household staff (housekeepers, chefs, gardeners, etc.), ensuring the home is always properly maintained.
• Ensure that household supplies and inventory (such as food, toiletries, and cleaning products) are well-stocked.
• Manage household budgets and ensure costs are kept under control, with receipts and records maintained.
• Event Planning & Hosting:
• Plan and organize events, dinners, and parties, from arranging venues to overseeing catering, guest lists, and decor.
• Greet guests, offering hospitality, managing the flow of events, and ensuring guests' needs are met.
• Travel Arrangements:
• Pack and unpack, ensuring clothing and essentials are ready for travel.
• Security & Privacy:
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding the family’s personal matters.
• Ensure the home is secure and that safety protocols are followed, including assisting with security staff when needed.
• Maintenance of Personal Belongings:
• Manage the client's wardrobe, ensuring clothing is organized, cleaned, and properly maintained.
• Handle valuable items (jewelry, art, etc.) and ensure their care and safety.
• Dining & Hospitality:
• Serve meals and drinks, often in a formal setting, ensuring high standards of hospitality.
• Coordinate with the chef or kitchen staff to ensure meals meet the client's preferences.
• Errand Running:
• Handle day-to-day tasks such as grocery shopping, picking up dry cleaning, and ensuring timely delivery of goods or services.
• Communication:
• Be the primary point of contact for both the client and external service providers or vendors.
• Maintain communication with contractors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure smooth operation of the household.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
