A prestigious UHNW family based in Dubai is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and highly professional Ladies Maid / Housekeeper to join their fully staffed household.

This role requires an individual with exceptional standards, a strong eye for detail, and experience working within luxury private residences. The successful candidate will work closely with the housekeeping team to maintain impeccable cleanliness and organisation across all properties, while also taking full responsibility for wardrobe management and personal care of the principals’ belongings.

Key Responsibilities:

Housekeeping & Presentation

Perform meticulous, detail-level cleaning across all interior areas of the residence

Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organisation at all times

Work efficiently around the family’s schedule to maximise service opportunities

Wardrobe & Personal Care

Manage and maintain the principals’ wardrobes to the highest standards

Ensure clothing is organised, cleaned, pressed, and properly stored

Prepare outfits where required and ensure accessories, bags, and jewellery are well presented and protected

Liaise with dry cleaners and manage laundry, ironing, and garment care

Travel & Packing

Prepare detailed packing lists and oversee all packing and unpacking

Travel with the family to set up residences, hotels, and holiday properties

Maintain wardrobe organisation and presentation while travelling

Coordinate with hotel/villa staff to ensure consistent housekeeping standards

Inventory & Organisation

Conduct regular inventory checks of clothing, accessories, and household items

Monitor stock levels of consumables and ensure timely replenishment

Place orders for personal and beauty items in coordination with the PA or independently

Manage deliveries and returns efficiently

Household Support

Take full responsibility for the master bedroom, bathroom, and dressing areas

Maintain organisation systems and introduce improvements where needed

Work collaboratively with the wider household team to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Ladies Maid / Housekeeper within UHNW or luxury private households

EU Passport

Discreet, professional, and service-oriented

Able to work varied schedules, including weekends and evenings

Proactive, organised, and able to work independently and within a team

50 hours per week + overtime

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED19,000.00 per month
