Full job description

Coffee Shop Branch Manager

We are looking for an experienced Coffee Shop Branch Manager to lead the daily operations of our coffee shop in Ghayathi, Abu Dhabi, while supporting other company branches when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of the coffee shop.
  • Lead, supervise, and train the team.
  • Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.
  • Monitor sales, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory, purchasing, and supplier relationships.
  • Source new suppliers and negotiate better prices.
  • Control food & beverage costs and reduce waste.
  • Ensure company SOPs, hygiene, and quality standards are followed.
  • Support recruitment, interviews, and staff development.
  • Assist other branches whenever operational support is required.
  • Submit daily and monthly operational reports to management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years UAE experience in a coffee shop or restaurant management role.
  • Previous experience as Branch Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Coffee Shop Manager.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience with purchasing, inventory, suppliers, and cost control.
  • Experience using POS systems (Foodics experience is an advantage).
  • Willing to relocate to Ghayathi, Abu Dhabi.
  • UAE driving licence is an advantage.

Salary

Salary will be discussed during the interview based on experience and qualifications.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
