The Agent, Ticketing directly reports to the Team Leader and Assistant Ticketing Manager. The Agent, Ticketing will be responsible for all admission and sales transactions at the front gate according to resort standards.

About the Role

• Greeting and assisting guests in the plaza and when they approach the counters
• Responsible for providing friendly, efficient, and informative service as well as accurate transaction during cashiering as they serve all guest purchasing tickets to the water park.
• Operate an electronic cash register and credit card machine.
• Responsible for following the cash handling ticketing procedure properly and accurately, including completing cash out reports accurately.
• Responsible for been in the locker and offering locker assistance to the guest.
• Check lockers and clear of items at end of the day
• Duties also include monitoring of guest entry and exit.
• Communicates directly with the ticketing team leader.
• Maintaining a clean ticketing plaza always.
• Reporting improper behavior of guests to the team leader.
• Reporting any security issues to Team Leader or Assistant Manager
• Responsible for implementing the “No wristband, No Entry Policy” and scanning each wristband for the guests.
• Responsible for assisting hotel guest who are walking along the beach pass to obtain wristband without inconvenience going to the ticketing plaza
• Agents, Ticketing are also responsible for dealing with specific guest situations, including but not limited to escorting VIP guests, taking customer complaints, assisting team leaders with additional administrative/operational duties.
• Any other task/ responsibilities required by team leader and assistant manager ticketing that is not listed as key duties/responsibilities would be requested.

About You

• Basic Knowledge in computers
• Fluent in English
• Previous experience in cashiering
