Taking preapproval for claims requiring approval. • Preparing cost estimates in accordance with established procedures. • Monitor and follow up on prior authorizations for both outpatient and inpatient services. • Review cases to identify any missing documentation from physicians or reports before submission to the payer. • Communicate effectively with payers or third-party administrators regarding approval-related matters. • Coordinate with physicians, allied health professionals and nursing staff to obtain clarifications necessary to render claims eligible for preapproval. • Ensure tasks are completed punctually and deadlines are consistently met. • Report trends related to preapproval processes to the reporting team leader in a timely manner. • Coding & Billing claims for multiple specialties. • Conduct data analysis to identify trends and areas for process improvement. • Maintain accurate records of all approvals and related communications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
