Registered Nurse (DHA Licensed / DHA Eligibility)

Location: DIFC, Dubai, UAE

Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, professional, and patient-focused Registered Nurse to join our outpatient clinic in DIFC. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care, supporting physicians and clinical staff, performing phlebotomy and other nursing procedures, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining full compliance with DHA regulations and clinical best practices.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care in accordance with DHA standards and clinical protocols.

* Perform venipuncture, blood collection, specimen labeling, handling and preparation for laboratory analysis.

* Prepare patients for consultations, examinations and clinical procedures.

* Monitor patients before, during and after procedures.

* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

* Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR).

* Ensure strict compliance with infection prevention and control policies.

* Prepare, sterilize and maintain medical equipment and treatment rooms.

* Monitor medical supplies and inventory, reporting shortages when necessary.

* Coordinate effectively with physicians, laboratory personnel and other healthcare professionals.

* Respond appropriately to medical emergencies and provide Basic Life Support (BLS) when required.

* Educate patients regarding procedures, aftercare and general health instructions.

* Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.

* Participate in quality improvement initiatives, mandatory training and continuous professional development.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing.

* Valid DHA Registered Nurse License or DHA Eligibility Letter.

* Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience (outpatient or clinical experience preferred).

* Excellent phlebotomy and venipuncture skills.

* Current BLS certification.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

* Professional level of English; additional languages are an advantage.

Working Schedule

The clinic operates 7 days per week from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

Registered Nurses work on a rotating shift schedule to ensure continuous clinical coverage.

Typical shifts include:

* Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

* Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Shift schedules rotate regularly and include weekdays, weekends and public holidays. During peak operating hours, two Registered Nurses may be scheduled simultaneously to support patient flow and maintain the highest standard of care.

Working hours, weekly days off and annual leave are provided in accordance with UAE Labour Law and DHA requirements.
