Overview

Job Details


Review, organize, and enter accounting documents into the financial system accurately and within the required timelines.

Support accounts receivable and accounts payable activities by checking balances, monitoring transactions, and following up on advance payments.

Prepare and issue sales invoices according to established company procedures, accounting policies, and financial requirements.

Process advance payment documents and ensure all related transactions and supporting records are entered correctly and on time.

Maintain employee related financial and administrative records while ensuring supporting documents are complete, updated, and properly filed.

Manage fuel reports and maintain route related operational records to support internal monitoring and financial control activities.

Provide daily assistance to the chief accountant with routine accounting entries, documentation, reconciliations, and other financial tasks.

Work closely with colleagues and provide support when required to maintain smooth and efficient accounting operations.

Ensure accounting records are regularly updated, accurately maintained, and organized for easy access, reporting, and future reference.

Assist with checking accounting documents and resolving basic record discrepancies when necessary.


Job Experience Requirements


Relevant education, training, or practical experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently, manage assigned responsibilities, and maintain accurate financial records.

Ability to work effectively within a team while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of accuracy.

Positive, cooperative, and supportive attitude with a willingness to assist colleagues and contribute to shared team responsibilities.

Good organizational skills with a structured approach to handling accounting documents and routine financial activities.

Previous experience using Horizon accounting software will be considered an advantage.
