KEY ROLE: This is a revenue-owning position. The TEAM LEAD will directly manage the call center team, own lead conversion, and carry ultimate accountability for revenue generation — alongside end-to-end coordination of home healthcare service delivery in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end revenue performance — directly responsible for lead conversion and overall revenue targets from call center operations

Manage and drive the call center team — oversee incoming/outbound calls, lead follow-up, and conversion into confirmed bookings

Coordinate daily scheduling and dispatch of doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, and drivers for home visits, ensuring on-time arrivals

Track appointment status, resolve delays or cancellations, and ensure smooth handoff between call center and field staff

Monitor service quality, staff performance, and report daily/weekly revenue and operational metrics to management

Requirements:

Proven sales and operations experience in Dubai's home healthcare sector is mandatory — lab test at home, doctor on call, IV therapy, or physiotherapy

Track record of owning conversion/revenue targets, ideally in a call center or sales-driven environment

Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Available to join immediately

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
