Full job description
- Visit patients at their homes according to the approved visit schedule.
- Perform clinical examinations and assess patients' medical conditions.
- Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications when necessary.
- Perform licensed medical procedures permitted in the home care setting.
- Follow up on chronic disease patients and post-operative cases.
- Document all visits and medical procedures in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Coordinate with the nursing team and management to ensure continuity of care.
- Comply with clinic policies, quality standards, and patient safety protocols.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and medical instructions.
- Adhere to scheduled visit times and maintain the confidentiality of patient information.
Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
