Job Description

A leading home care company in Ras Al Khaimah is looking for qualified and compassionate MOHAP-licensed Home Care Nurses to provide professional nursing services to patients in their homes.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes according to prescribed care plans.
  • Assess patients' health conditions and monitor vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the treating physician.
  • Provide wound care, dressing changes, and other nursing procedures within the scope of practice.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities and support their comfort, safety, and well-being.
  • Monitor patients' conditions and promptly report any changes or medical concerns to the treating physician or supervisor.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and care documentation.
  • Educate patients and their families about medication, hygiene, disease management, and home care practices.
  • Follow infection prevention, patient safety, and professional nursing standards.
  • Coordinate with doctors, healthcare professionals, and the home care team to ensure continuity of care.
  • Respond appropriately to emergencies and follow established emergency procedures.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with applicable UAE healthcare regulations.

Requirements

  • A Valid MOHAP nursing license is mandatory.
  • Previous nursing or home care experience is preferred.
  • Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a home care environment.
  • Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, 5 days per week.
  • Candidates must be available to join as soon as possible.
