ABOUT THE ROLE:

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, supporting their needs, and driving long-term partnerships. You will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships, ensuring smooth integrations, and contributing to revenue growth.

This role can be based in Malta, Dubai, Serbia or Gibraltar.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Support client onboarding and guide them through integrations and product launches.
Work with internal teams to deliver timely solutions and meet client needs.
Collect, organize, and share promotions from providers with clients.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
Provide regular updates and KPI reports to clients and management.
Monitor the respective iGaming market and advise clients on relevant opportunities.
Resolve client issues quickly and effectively to maintain service excellence.
Participate in industry events and client meetings when required.

WHAT WE ASK OF YOU:

1–2 years’ experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Customer Success (iGaming industry experience is a must).
Track record of building client relationships and contributing to account growth.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Commercially minded with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Fluent in Korean and English (spoken and written).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM/project tools is a plus.
A proactive, adaptable, and professional approach to work
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business events.
