Job Duties:

• Oversee day-to-day back office activities.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and invoices using our CRM.
• Convert leads into sales opportunities.
• Handle operational tasks efficiently.
• Implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.

Requirements for the Ideal Candidate:

• Excellent organization and planning skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proven leadership skills in managing and supervising staff.
• Ability to work under a high-pressure work environment and ensure quick deliverables and connect with our team(s) globally.
• Right to work in the UAE with a valid residence visa and NOC (if applicable).
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the repatriation process.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Willingness to work according to EU timings in the UAE.

Qualifications:

• Postgraduate qualification from a renowned business school in Europe or the US.
• Multilingual proficiency, however the candidate must be a Native AMERICAN Speaker.
• Experience dealing with consumers in the EEA zone, especially in the healthcare industry, is preferred.

What we offer:

• Competitive salary ranging from AED 14,000 to AED 18,000 per month (depending on skillset and performance), reassessed after 2 months.
