Full job description
We are looking for a Claims & Operations Executive to support day-to-day operational activities, claims processes, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
The role is ideal for someone who is operationally strong, comfortable working with data, and has a good understanding of healthcare claims processes. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills, with working knowledge of VBA and Power Query. The person will support claims submissions, reconciliations, queries, reporting, and other operational functions, including patient support, while also helping identify opportunities to simplify, standardize and improve manual processes.
