HR - Healthcare Experience in UAE

We are seeking for an active experienced HR officer who proactively works towards achieving departmental objectives and company goals. The ideal candidate will have to look over all human resource functions with the adoption of new technology; along with build employee relations at all levels and bring in efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Employee Onboarding & Employment Manage recruitment and hiring processes.

2. Visa & Government Relations Process employment visas, renewals, cancellations, and status changes. Coordinate medical fitness tests for visa processing. Maintain compliance with UAE labour and immigration regulations. Manage employee records required by the Ministry of Labour (MOHRE).

3. Employee Documentation Maintain complete employee personnel files. Ensure all staff documents are updated and compliant with MOHRE requirements. Issue salary certificates, employment certificates, and other HR letters upon request. Manage employee information within the WebHR system.

4. Professional Licensing & Compliance Process and renew DHA professional licenses. Coordinate DHA examinations and licensing requirements for healthcare professionals. Schedule and monitor Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and renewals. Manage professional malpractice insurance for clinical staff. Track expiry dates for licenses, certifications, and mandatory training.

5. Payroll & Employee Administration Coordinate employee information required for payroll. Process salary certificates and employment verification letters. Maintain accurate employee attendance and leave records (where applicable).

6. GPSSA Coordinate GPSSA processes. Maintain records and follow up on legal requirements. Support management in employee related initiatives.

7. Meetings & Internal Coordination Organize doctors' meetings. Coordinate weekly Wednesday management meetings. Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items. Communicate HR announcements and policy updates.

9. HR Compliance Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, DHA regulations, and clinic policies. Monitor expiry dates of visas, labour cards, contracts, licenses, malpractice insurance, and certifications. Maintain confidential employee records. Support audits and regulatory inspections by ensuring documentation is complete and up to date.

10. General HR Support Provide guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures. Respond to employee HR-related queries. Support management with workforce planning and HR reporting. Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports as required. Coordinate interviews and candidate selection. Negotiate salary packages and employment terms. Prepare and issue employment offers and appointment letters. Process labour contracts and employment contracts. Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees.

Knowledge and Skills: Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Analytical decision making and problem-solving ability. Knowledge of UAE labor law and HR policies.

Job qualifications and requirements: Bachelors or Masters with majors in Human Resource. With at least 1 or 2 years of experience in health care sector.

Pay: From AED 5,000.00 per month
