Job Title: Call Center Executive – Home Healthcare
Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Description
We are looking for motivated and sales-driven Call Center Executives to join our home healthcare team in Dubai. The ideal candidates must have previous sales experience with a Dubai-based home healthcare provider, specifically in lab tests at home, doctor on call, IV therapy, or physiotherapy services.
Mandatory Requirement: Candidates without prior sales experience in Dubai's home healthcare industry will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Promote home healthcare services, including lab tests at home, doctor on call, IV therapy, and physiotherapy.
- Coordinate appointments with patients, doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, and drivers.
- Follow up with potential customers to maximize conversions.
- Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and appointment availability.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and confirmed bookings.
- Ensure excellent customer service and patient satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience with a Dubai-based home healthcare provider is mandatory.
- Experience selling lab tests at home, doctor on call, IV therapy, or physiotherapy services is required.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Must be available to join immediately.
- Willingness to work 12-hour day/night shifts, 5 days a week.
