We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a hospital, medical center, clinic, or other healthcare setting, with strong communication and patient service skills.

The candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English and able to handle patient inquiries, appointments, follow-ups, and general call center responsibilities professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls from patients in a professional and courteous manner.
• Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments.
• Respond to patient inquiries regarding services, doctors, appointments, and clinic procedures.
• Follow up with patients regarding appointments and other healthcare-related services.
• Coordinate with reception, doctors, and other departments to ensure smooth patient communication.
• Maintain accurate and updated patient and appointment information in the system.
• Handle patient concerns and complaints professionally and escalate issues when required.
• Ensure all patient information is handled with confidentiality and in accordance with healthcare regulations.
• Provide an excellent patient experience through clear, empathetic, and professional communication.
• Perform other call center and customer service duties as assigned.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
