- Deliver day-to-day IT support across the organization
- Ensure IT systems, data, and practices comply with ADHICS standards and integrate effectively with Malaffi
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network, server, and software issues
- Implement and enforce IT policies, standards, and security protocols
- Manage IT infrastructure, hardware, software, networks, and cloud services
- Strengthen cybersecurity measures to ensure healthcare data protection and compliance
- Conduct internal ADHICS audits and ensure readiness for inspections/external reviews
- Oversee IT solutions aligned with healthcare facility needs
- Minimize downtime through quick issue resolution
- Manage IT procurement, installations, upgrades, and vendor coordination
- Provide technical support and staff training on systems and cybersecurity best practices
- Collaborate with management and healthcare stakeholders on IT operations planning
- Arabic speaker preferred
