The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives- Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers and employees- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees- Coordinate and conduct training and development programs for employees- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations- Manage employee benefits and compensation packages- Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives- Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics for management review- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve processes and policiesQualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the UAE- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information- Proficient in MS Office and HR software- Proven experience in managing recruitment and employee relations- Detail-oriented and able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentWe Offer: - Competitive salary and benefits package- Opportunities for career growth and development- A dynamic and diverse work environment- Supportive and collaborative team cultureIf you are a driven and passionate HR professional looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.
