Full job description

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Officer with a strong background in healthcare recruitment to join our growing group in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment of doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, and other medical staff.
  • Leverage an established network of healthcare professionals, candidate databases, and industry contacts to source qualified talent efficiently.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of medical professionals for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure candidates meet applicable UAE healthcare licensing requirements, including DHA, DOH, and MOHAP, as relevant.
  • Prepare competitive salary offers based on market benchmarks, candidate experience, and internal compensation structures.
  • Demonstrate sound knowledge of doctors’ compensation packages, including salaries, incentives, allowances, and benefits.
  • Coordinate candidate assessments, salary negotiations, credential verification, and onboarding.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with applicable UAE labour laws and healthcare regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of recruitment experience, including hands-on UAE healthcare recruitment.
  • Established professional network of doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in the UAE.
  • Access to healthcare talent databases and proven ability to source candidates through professional networks and industry contacts.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare licensing regulations and medical recruitment practices.
  • Experience in preparing employment offers and familiarity with healthcare compensation and benefits structures.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Immediately available candidates are preferred.
